Davison students become Worthing Food Foundation Student Ambassadors

In April 2020, the charity Worthing Food Foundation (WFF) began providing emergency food to members of our community facing food poverty due to the Covid outbreak.

We are extremely proud of students who have become ‘Worthing Food Foundation Student Ambassadors’. On the 4 October these students had the opportunity to visit the WFF depot and learn how WFF collects and distributes food donations to those in need in our community.

Students also found out how the charity raises awareness of the services they offer and how they tackle the stigma around food poverty.

Thank you to everyone at WFF for supporting our community and for giving us a greater understanding of how and why food poverty happens.

We look forward to working with you in the future for your Harvest and Christmas Appeals.
