This programme is an extra-curricular opportunity open to students in Year 10 and provides young people the experience of setting up a live business, developing a product or service and delivering it to the public.

Many students in the school think it is not for real, but it is a truly live company. Companies are not judged solely on profits, but how well students have grasped the principles of business and what they have personally experienced.

Young Enterprise enables students to develop a strong sense of purpose and entrepreneurial skills and is highly recognised by Colleges, Universities and employers.

Year 10 students are invited to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges at the beginning of the school year to be considered for the Young Enterprise Company Programme.
