Terms and Conditions

Each course is a separate activity. Morning only sessions run from 9.30am - 12.30pm.  All day courses run from 9.30am - 3.00pm.

All courses will be delivered by qualified and experienced staff. All OSHL staff have undergone DBS checks and received approval.

Students will be allocated a place on a 'first come, first served' basis.  Where possible first choice courses will be offered but if fully booked another course will be offered.

Places can be reserved by email or telephone but will be released if a completed booking form and payment have not been received within 5 working days. For bookings made online payment should be sent within 5 working days or the place will be released.

Bookings for all courses close the Thursday prior to the course taking place at 10.00am. All booking forms, applicable medical forms and payments must be received by this time or the place will be released.

All bookings will be confirmed by email once a completed booking form and payment have been made. Please ensure you provide a correct email address on the booking form. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of sending in your payment/booking form please telephone or email the office.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, where possible you will be offered an alternative course, a place on a future course or a refund.

If you cancel a course with less than 5 working days notice or  are unable to attend on the day we regret that no refunds or alternative dates can be given as resources and staffing will have been purchased and planned.
